30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to one-time purchases (such as Essentials and Complete) and to the first billing period of a Partner subscription.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us through the Contact page and we will assist with the refund through Paddle.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a Partner subscription at any time from the customer portal in your Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. After the 30-day refund window, partial refunds for unused time on a renewed subscription are at our discretion.
